Dear Members,
The Tournament committee has decided the next tournament date will be: Sunday, 1/12/24, at Burden Park Tennis Club (subject to weather conditions forecast) with rain backup of Sunday the 15th
We will have 3 Men's Doubles tournaments: 1350, 1475 and an invitation only 1600
Due to limited time and Gala dinner, only maximum 16 teams are allowed for 1350 and 1475 and each player can only sign up for 1 competition, immediate payment via Stripe or PayID is required to secure your spot
Breakfast, Lunch and Gala Dinner included in your registration fee (Watch 2023 Edition here)
Joining fee: $130 per team, paid securely online using Stripe.com. (Stripe is one of the best secure online payment platforms available today. You can find more details here: https://stripe.com/en-au). However, if you prefer PayID, the AVTA PayID phone number will appear at the end of the Checkout. Just make sure you put the reference: "AVTA 1350 Dec24 + Names" or “AVTA 1475 Dec24 + Names”.
We will allow a team to sign up if their team's total point is up to 10 points over the tournament limit, provided that the team contributes $20/team to the Food and beverage funds.

The Tournament committee welcomes sponsors, and the sponsors will be published on our website and Facebook page and live stream. If the sponsor is a business, we can put the Company's logo on our Banner for the tournament.
